Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
$300 (self-pay)
In person or virtual (Manar: virtual only)
The initial psychiatric evaluation is a comprehensive assessment designed to understand the patient’s mental health needs. During this visit, the provider may:
- Review psychiatric and medical history, current symptoms, and concerns
- Review past and current medications
- Assess psychosocial factors, lifestyle, and stressors
- Establish diagnoses when appropriate and develop an individualized treatment plan
- Discuss medication options, therapy recommendations, and next steps
This visit may exceed the scheduled time if clinically necessary; however, the fee remains $300 regardless of length.
Medication Management and Psychotherapy Sessions
40-Minute Session
FEE: $175
Includes medication management and/or psychotherapy based on clinical need.
60-Minute Extended Psychotherapy Session
FEE: $225
Designed for patients who require more in-depth psychotherapy in addition to medication management. Available in person or virtually (Manar: virtual only).
20-Minute Mini Medication Management or Psychotherapy Session
FEE: $150
A brief follow-up session focused on medication adjustments, symptom check-ins, or targeted psychotherapy needs. Available in person or virtually (Manar: virtual only).
ADHD Testing
$185 (self-pay only)
This validated, computer-based ADHD assessment is completed remotely. The test is emailed directly to the patient and cannot be purchased independently. An initial psychiatric evaluation is required to determine medical necessity. A follow-up appointment, at minimum a 20-minute session, is required to review results with the provider. Insurance does not cover this test.
GLP Medical Weight Loss Services
All GLP services include four pre-filled syringes per month. Prices are monthly and self-pay.

Tirzepatide (Mounjaro / Zepbound)
$450 per month
Initial GLP Consultation
Includes a medical evaluation to determine eligibility, discussion of risks, benefits, and side effects, and review of medical history and treatment goals.
One-time fee: $75
Cancellation Policy, Rescheduling and No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the provider’s day that could have been filled by another patient. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or arrive 10 minutes late for a 20-minute appointment or 15 minutes late for a 40- or 60-minute appointment, will be charged the applicable fee to the card on file.

Insurance Co-Pays and Self-Pay Policy
- Insurance co-pays are charged to the credit card on file after the appointment.
- Self-pay and out-of-pocket services are billed after the appointment to the card on file.
- All billing policies are included in the patient consent forms, which must be signed before beginning care.
