We are currently not accepting patients outside of New York, as we are only licensed in this state.

Yes, we do prescribe controlled substances when deemed necessary and appropriate. However, we follow strict protocols, including regular follow-up appointments and drug monitoring.

During your first appointment, we will conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, discuss your medical history, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Please arrive early to complete any necessary paperwork.

Initial evaluations typically last 60-75 minutes, while follow-up appointments may range from 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your treatment needs.

We accept several insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna as well as more to come, but we recommend confirming with your insurance provider for coverage details. We also accept self-pay options. We can also do an eligibility check before your apptment to confirm that you are covered.

Yes, after each session, you will receive an itemized statement outlining the services provided. If you are using insurance, we will submit claims on your behalf and inform you of any patient responsibility.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A no-show or late cancellation may incur a fee.
